5. Payments

1. During the term of this Agreement, Adgat Reach shall pay Affiliate a payment, as determined by Adgat Reach in its sole and absolute discretion, calculated on the Net Revenue (“Revenue Share”). Revenue Share payments will be determined according to the Adgat Reach payout policies in effect at the time based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the quantity, quality, and validity of clicks on Ads, Ad impressions, and Actions, and User demographics such as the country of origin of a User’s IP address.
2. Adgat Reach shall pay Affiliate the Payments in up to 21 days after the Affiliate place payment request.

6. Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing on Adgat Reach's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Adgat Reach does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Adgat Reach may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However Adgat Reach does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Adgat Reach has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Adgat Reach of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
